I also have over five years of experience selecting the finest pearls and stones, which are ethically sourced from Asian suppliers. Every stone is carefully hand-chosen to ensure each piece of jewellery is truly unique.

Yes, I’d be happy to help you create your own piece of jewellery. Custom orders require a £60 minimum (unless otherwise approved). Processing times vary depending on available materials, and special or rushed requests may cost extra.

Please note: due to the cost of materials, time, and energy, custom and special orders are non-refundable. Promotional codes are also not valid on customised pieces.

We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 15 days of receipt. Eligible returns will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not currently provide return shipping labels for international orders.

To extend the life of your Sage & Beads pieces, please:

• Avoid wearing jewellery while showering, swimming, or exercising.
• Keep away from humidity, perfumes, and oils, as these may cause tarnishing.
• Gently wipe with a soft jewellery cloth and store in a cool, dry place.

Freshwater & Mother-of-Pearl:
We only use natural pearls in our jewellery. To preserve their lustre:

• Allow fragrances and cosmetics to fully dry before wearing.
• Avoid contact with soap, chemicals, or lotions.
• Gently clean with a soft, damp cloth to remove residues.
• Store separately from other pieces to prevent scratches.
• Never store in plastic, as this may cause pearls to yellow over time.

Returns and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item. Please note that it may take an additional 4–7 business days for the refund to appear with your financial institution.

Yes! Every order of £75 or more includes a complimentary gift box. For orders under £75, you can add a velvet gift box for an additional £10. We’re also happy to include a gift card with a personal message at no extra cost, just let us know at checkout.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Once a shipment confirmation email with tracking has been sent, changes may not be possible. We can amend the shipping address if the package has not yet left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it is in transit.

Sage & Beads will repair or replace damaged items purchased within 2 years, under reasonable circumstances. For items older than 2 years, repairs may be possible for a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a repair, please send us a clear photo of your item so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated and advise on any charges. Please note that all shipping costs related to repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
